A bright blend from one very clever winemaker. Equal parts fruit and florals, cleaned up by a pleasing pinch of acidity. Like taking a stroll through a spring meadow, just without the hayfever. Originally, only meant for the market in Japan but when the importer tasted they simply couldn’t refuse bringing a few bottle back to the UK. That good.
