Pistarello loosely translates to ‘off-piste’ (give or take a nuance or two), which is a decent way of describing this one. A unique mash-up of varieties and flavours, there’s juicy mango fruit and orange blossom florals, with a herbal edge that keeps you guessing. Dry and refreshing but still with a bit of oomph in terms of body. Not much like it around, try this if you’re easily bored. ABV: 11%
