Description
Place: Burgundy, France
Grape: Pinot Blanc
Vibe: Heady
Burgundian macerations don’t come much better than this. There’s actual grip and texture to be found here but this feels a little lighter than the ’23. Refined and honing in with each vintage. The fruit is candied, almost caramel-esque. If you’re someone who thinks macerating Burgundy is blasphemous, then let this change your mind/world/life. ABV: 11%
